Begin with a delightful assortment of Greek cheeses and olives, followed by Corn Bread with Sunflower Seeds and Turmeric — a wholesome, rustic touch reflecting Greek village life.
A Green Salad with Figs, Walnuts, and Honey Dressing celebrates Greece’s seasonal produce, and the main course of Baked Giant Beans showcases the essential role of legumes in Mediterranean cuisine.
Two glasses of rosé wine accompany your meal, and the lunch concludes with Yogurt with Honey and Spoon Sweets made from seasonal fruits.
