Discover a little-known fact about Greek cuisine: many traditional dishes are inherently vegan. At Soybird, we’ve expertly veganized others, ensuring you won’t taste the difference. Our cooking classes provide great ideas for easily reducing animal product consumption without sacrificing taste. One highlight is our vegan feta cheese made from almonds—it’s incredibly tasty and versatile.
Our classes begin with a round of introductions, followed by the chef explaining the course content and the cooking process. Afterward, we set up a buffet featuring all the dishes we’ve prepared, and everyone enjoys the meal together.
