Cooking Class with Food & Paths

We are Food & Paths, an innovative Gastro Tourism company, originating from the Gastronomy Club of Epirus. For over a decade, we’ve been devoted to exploring, implementing, and promoting traditional Greek gastronomy. Our goal is to guide you through authentic food and wine experiences, cooking lessons, tastings, and outdoor cooking techniques. We offer a variety of integrated gastronomic tourism packages, taking place in the breathtaking nature of Epirus or traditional interiors. In 2021, we were honored with the “Best Culinary Storyteller” award by The World Food Travel Association. For the first course, delight your taste buds with mushrooms fried in vinegar over an open fire, adding a unique twist to this traditional dish. The highlight of the meal will be our freshly baked pies, served alongside creamy Greek yogurt for the perfect balance of flavors.

To round off the feast, savor a delightful dessert of our beloved “spoon sweet.” As a perfect complement, we’ll pour the exquisite “Paliokairissio” wine from the prestigious Glinavos Estate, enhancing the flavors and making it an exceptional dining experience.
