In the first part of the workshop you will savour three distinct samples of Savouidakis Extra Virgin Olive Oils, sourced exclusively from the renowned Koroneiki variety of Crete. Through expert guidance, you will learn to recognise their positive characteristics, including “fruity,” “bitter,” and “spicy” flavors, and explore the depth of each oil.

We will also provide two additional samples for a comparative tasting — helping you distinguish superior olive oil from a subpar, defective one and ensure you always make the right choice for your culinary endeavors.
