The vineyards of the estate, certified by IFOAM (International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements) as organic, comprise of more than 80,000 roots are located at an altitude between 400 to 600 meters in the PDO Nemea zone, where the local microclimate is the ideal environment for the Agiorgitiko variety to grow.
The estate’s wines age in Seguin Moreau & Berthomieu barrels, renewed every year at a rate of 20% per year to maintain the winery’s high quality standards.
