Established in 2009 in Alexandroupolis, “Snails of Thrace” operates an open-type snail farm and a state-of-the-art laboratory for the standardization, processing, freezing, and packaging of premium Helix Aspersa maxima snail products.

All products are handcrafted with only the finest ingredients, earning national and international recognition.

Their distinctive processing method preserves the original textures and nutrients of each snail product, granting a remarkably long shelf life. Products are stored at -18°C, ensuring freshness for over a year.

Snails are a natural, highly nutritious food — low in calories and packed with essential vitamins, trace elements, and nutrients. Products meet ISO 22000:2005 standards, are available year-round, and are suitable as fasting alternatives.

Customization options for packaging, texts, and logos are available, and the team is eager to collaborate on new recipes based on the Mediterranean diet.
