“O Vlachos” is a pasta and pastry production company established in 1991 in Thiva by Spiros Kaskaveliotis. The reins have since passed to his son Vasilis, maintaining the legacy of a family-run business in Central Greece.
The workshop specialises in traditional pasta, bakery goods, and confectionery products crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Guests tour the production facility, witnessing the complete process of handcrafted pasta alongside bakery goods inspired by local recipes, then conclude with a tasting session.
