With over 10 years of experience in homebrewing, we are passionate about creating exceptional beer styles and experimenting with unique ingredients. Our diverse range of beers includes everything from hoppy NEIPAs to bold Belgian Sours like Flemish Red Ale, as well as Barleywine aged in locally sourced wine barrels and many more exciting brews! At ΚYKAΩ, our name is derived from the ancient Greek word meaning “stirring up” or “mixing,” reflecting our philosophy of constantly pushing the boundaries to craft truly distinctive and captivating brews.

Inspired by the Eleusinian Mysteries, the renowned secret rite of ancient Greece, we embrace the tradition of our ancestors who consumed a special brew after days of fasting during the climax of the festival.
