Step by step, I will guide you through the preparation of a handmade traditional Greek pie, using simple techniques and time-honored recipes that you can easily recreate at home and share with your loved ones.

If you wish, we can also prepare one of the local specialties of the region, such as kelemia—traditional stuffed onions filled with rice and minced meat, a dish rich in flavor, history, and local tradition.
