Description
Dardouma Family is a model family pasta workshop that produces a wide variety of handmade trahana and pasta products, located in South Evia close to Aliveri.
Although founded in 2008, “Dardouma Family” has 100 years of experience in handmade pasta. The tradition has been passed on from generation to generation. Today grandma Maria’s dream has been realized by brothers John and Evangelos Mallios. The gastronomically interesting workshop produces and promotes Greek and local pasta products, and is open to visitors.
TOUR AND TASTING
Visitors have the opportunity to enjoy unique gastronomic experiences of immediate appeal to the senses: they can taste, smell, and “stain their hands” while learning how to make trahana and pasta products!
