ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION

At the Gerovasileiou Estate, vine cultivation is approached with meticulous care and continuous experimentation, exploring both Greek and international grape varieties. The evolution of technology goes hand in hand with tradition throughout the entire process of vine cultivation and winemaking.

The creation of the Wine Museum and the organization of various activities, including guided tours, tastings, educational programs, seminars, lectures, publications, as well as theatrical and musical performances, collectively contribute to the transmission of viticultural and oenological culture.

The price includes pick-up and return from any point in Thessaloniki. Within the winery premises, the following are included:

• Guided tour of the vineyard, winery, and Wine Museum.
• Tasting of four single-varietal wines produced by the Estate, derived from international grape varieties (40 ml/wine).
• Each wine is paired with a suitable Greek ingredient.

The guided tour is led by a wine guide and covers the vineyard, production areas, bottling, aging facilities, and the Wine Museum. Its duration ranges from 45 to 60 minutes.
