A 15-minute video presentation immerses you in the centuries-old process, followed by a tasting of Trikalinos products including marinated anchovies, marinated sardines, and exquisite roe. The tour concludes with a visit to the retail store.

Next is Noctua Brewery, a craft beer destination just 2 km from Omonia Square. Noctua’s mission is to produce flavorful craft beers that stand out from the ordinary. Tour their premises and savour three of their distinctive craft beers — experiencing Athens’s vibrant brewing culture firsthand.
