The Vaimakis Family, continuing a long family tradition, is engaged in producing natural products from grapes, where no additives are being used and no interventions made to the natural production process.
Production takes place at the estate, which is located 8 km from Ioannina city center and 500m from the southern shore of the lake of Ioannina.
The estate has stainless steel tanks and oak barrels for ageing, in direct contact with the outdoors. In that way, the ageing vinegar comes into contact with the environment and its seasonal changes.
TOUR DESCRIPTION AND TASTING
Visitors to our facilities will see three train wagons purchased from OSE (state railways), joined together to create a single space that constitutes the bottling premises.
Our guests have the opportunity to learn about natural products and their significance to our biological functions, as well as about the benefits of vinegar to our body, known since ancient times, and enjoy a tasting session.
