As the Holy Easter approaches, in the Women’s Cooperative workshop THE APOLLONIATISSES, in Rodes, revive the Easter traditions with passion and love, by making the traditional “Avgoules” and “Lazarakia”. Saturday of Lazarus and as the Holy Week and Easter are coming the Women’s Agricultural Cooperative workshop “THE APOLLONIATISSES” revives customs and lives the meaning of the days …

For the soul of Lazarus, we make “lazarakia” with a human figure in swaddling clothes, just as Lazarus is presented in pictures and avgoules, traditional cakes with a red egg in the middle.
