Domaine L’Heritage Korres “YASTRA” is a premium, estate-driven destination located in the mountainous northwest of Naxos. A fully certified organic farm, it is managed by the 8th generation of the Korres family and the 5th generation of winemakers, with a heritage spanning over 500 years. The estate focuses on heroic viticulture, cultivating rare, pre-phylloxera vines—some up to 300 years old—on steep terraced slopes. This results in highly limited, terroir-driven wines such as Arkóvatos (white) and Reverie (rosé). Alongside wine, the estate produces premium extra virgin olive oil and raw, unpasteurized honey, forming a fully integrated agricultural ecosystem. An immersive walk through the Estate’s vineyards, ending in a guided wine tasting of award-winning wines, including rare and unreleased selections.

This immersive culinary experience is rooted in the land, traditions, and gastronomy of Naxos and the Cyclades, offering a deep connection between food, nature, and culture.
Your experience begins with a refreshing welcome drink from the estate’s signature cocktail collection, crafted with estate-produced ingredients and wines. Set around the old farmhouse under the shade of centuries-old trees, it creates a relaxed and atmospheric introduction.
You will then enjoy a guided walk through the estate’s organic cultivations, where you will gather fresh ingredients used during the cooking class. Along the way, you will learn about seasonality, sustainability, and traditional farming practices that have been preserved through generations.
The hands-on cooking session is led by Markos, co-owner of the estate and experienced chef. You will prepare traditional Naxian and Cycladic recipes step by step, using authentic techniques. Cooking takes place over fire — a method deeply rooted in local culture — enhancing flavors and aromas in a truly unique way.
While the dishes are being prepared, Sofia, co-owner, sommelier, and nutritionist, will guide you through the estate’s wines and share insights into indigenous grape varieties, winemaking traditions, and the connection between wine, the Cycladic diet, and wellbeing.
The experience concludes around a shared table, where you will enjoy the dishes you prepared, paired with selected estate wines. The meal includes four starters, one main course, and dessert, with vegetarian options available.
