These cooking classes are perfect for families, small groups, and solo travelers who wish to discover the heart of traditional Greek home cooking. Step by step, I will guide you through the preparation of a handmade traditional Greek pie, using simple techniques and time-honored recipes that you can easily recreate at home and share with your loved ones.
If you wish, we can also prepare one of the local specialties of the region, such as kelemia—traditional stuffed onions filled with rice and minced meat, a dish rich in flavor, history, and local tradition.
After cooking, we will sit together and enjoy the meal you have created in the peaceful courtyard, accompanied by a glass of local wine, in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
