ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION
Join our team for a hands-on culinary journey that brings tradition to life. You’ll have the unique opportunity to make local handmade pasta paired with Sitara – a rare, regional cheese cream found nowhere else in Greece – and topped with caramelized onions for a rich, unforgettable taste.
You’ll also learn the art of crafting miniature dolmadakia – a delicacy known for their distinct preparation, cooking style, and exceptional flavor, unlike any other in the country.
All of this is lovingly prepared by hand and cooked over olive wood fire, just as tradition dictates.
To complete the experience, we’ll enjoy it all with a glass of our very own local red wine, produced on our estate – a dry wine with a subtle hint of sweetness.
