Day 1 — Farm-to-Table Cooking & Olive Oil Experience

As a proud family business in Kos with over a century of farming tradition and 11 years of experience organising unforgettable activities, we bring you the freshest products straight from our farm to your table.

Join our authentic Kos cooking class, where you’ll learn to prepare some of Greece’s most beloved dishes in a hands-on workshop — then return home ready to impress with your new culinary talents.

Under the warm Aegean sun, Mama Kontessa reveals the secrets behind cherished Greek recipes using fresh ingredients straight from the farm.

✔ A Hands-On Cooking Class – Master traditional Greek recipes, from stuffed vine leaves to moussaka and stewed meatballs.

✔ A Farm Tour – Walk through our lush fields and discover the journey of fresh produce from soil to table.

✔ An Exclusive Olive Oil Tasting – Experience Greece’s “liquid gold” with expert Stelios, a third-generation olive oil producer who guides you through premium olive oil and Mediterranean olives.

✔ A Delicious Greek Feast – Enjoy your creations at Taverna Perasma, located right on our farm.
