Giannikos Winery

Giannikos Winery is a family-owned organic winery, located in Corinth, Peloponnese. Eight hectares of vineyards are planted to cover the needs of the winery on two sites, one in Corinth around the winery and the other one in Mycenae, near the famous archaeological site, the birthplace of Greek viticulture almost 4,000 years ago.

We believe that good wine is primarily based in the vineyard and the healthy vines. That’s why we cultivate and produce strictly organic wines. Today, we are considered one of the leading organic wineries in Greece and we export 80% of our production. All our wines are single-varietal because we are convinced that in this way, we can show our passion for quality and give each grape variety the attention that it deserves.

Tour and Tasting

The visit comprises a walk through the organic vineyard and the wine-making facilities, and an introduction to the organic cultivation and modern wine-making process and the wine cellar. Finally, visitors will taste four of our wines accompanied by a plateau of local cheeses, olives, and breadsticks.
