The olive mill originally belonged to grandfather Yiannis, and subsequent generations have inherited it — updating the technology continuously while preserving the family’s fundamental commitment to quality. Today, the fully modernised, automated centrifugal third-generation mill is managed by grandson Yiannis, combining the finest olive fruit varieties with 120 years of accumulated knowledge to produce three exceptional premium olive oil products.
