Description

Since 2011, in Oia, Santorini, we have passionately dedicated ourselves to preserving the unique agricultural heritage of this land. Through extensive studies and research on the island’s indigenous products and varieties, we strive to keep alive the history showcasing Santorini’s terroir’s true advantages. Our mission is to offer these exceptional agricultural products in their purest form, reflecting the dedication of those who work in this challenging land.

From day one, our farm has been certified according to the stringent criteria of organic farming. The island’s unique soil, composed of ash, lava, and pumice, combined with the sea, sun, and wind, imparts a rare character to our vineyard. Among the oldest grape varieties, our black currant vines thrive in this unique microclimate, where the lack of water plays a crucial role.

In a structure that is the first of its kind in Santorini and perhaps the entire Cyclades, our black currants ripen in the shade of the caves developing authentic aromas, rich flavours, and a full-bodied character without caramelized sugars. Shielded from harmful sun rays, these tiny fruits reach excellent quality. This shaded area also serves as a sorting place before further ripening and as a resting spot during the sunny and windless parts of the year.

Our commitment to organic farming and the careful cultivation of our vineyard ensures that we offer you the purest and most authentic products, deeply rooted in Santorini’s heritage and hard work.
