Description
Estate Olenos, situated in Elassona, a stone’s throw from the legendary Mount Olympus in Thessaly, now encompasses 100 hectares of privately owned organic vineyards. The journey into winemaking commenced in the winter of 2003.
Founded by two agronomists, George Lola and George Ftika, the estate originated from their deep-rooted passion for viticulture and their shared vision for the renaissance of the region’s historic vineyards.
Today, the second generation carries that vision forward, harmonizing the region’s distinct terroir, specialized knowledge, and innovative ideas while honoring the traditions of the past.
Environmental stewardship guides all production, supported by comprehensive sustainable management systems.
