Limnos Organic Wines was established in 2002, situated just a few kilometres from Myrina in the Mavrambela region of Aegean Islands Lemnos. Co-founded by oenologist Giannis Savoglou — with over 20 years of experience crafting Limnos wine — and business professional Pantelis Tsivolas, the winery combines scientific expertise, deep tradition, and a firm commitment to organic cultivation. The aspiration is clear: to make Limnos wines a worthy ambassador for the island’s extraordinary terroir, producing limited quantities of exceptional wines and distillates exclusively from organically grown grapes. The winery adheres to strict sanitation and quality standards and holds certifications in accordance with ELOT 1416/2000 (HACCP) and ELOT ISO 9001/2000.
