Established in 2016, the Roussos Family Winery was born from a deep love for viticulture and winemaking, and the desire to cultivate the family’s privately owned vineyards with care and craftsmanship. What began as a heartfelt endeavor by Konstantinos Roussos has grown into a thriving winery, dedicated to producing expressive wines that reflect the character of the land.
Each year, we expand our vineyards with new plantings, steadily increasing both the quality and quantity of our production. Today, the winery cultivates 180 stremmas (18 hectares) of estate-owned vineyards, featuring distinguished PDO and PGI grape varieties such as:
- Monemvasia
- Mandilaria
- Assyrtiko
- Malagouzia
- White & Black Aidani
Tour and Tasting
Overlooking our sun-drenched vineyards, guests are invited to enjoy a guided tasting of five of our signature wines in the serene setting of our winery’s tasting area.
Each wine is thoughtfully paired with authentic Parian delicacies — including local artisan cheeses, handmade organic breadsticks, and flavorful dips that highlight the island’s rich culinary heritage.
As part of your visit, we also offer a guided tour of the vineyard, where you’ll learn about our grape varieties, the unique terroir of Paros, and the centuries-old winemaking traditions that inspire our work.
