Ktima Pavlidis

Pavlidis Estate is located in Kokkinogeia, in the northwestern part of the prefecture of Drama and just 19 km from the city of Drama. It was in 1998 that Christoforos Pavlidis, after extensive research he ended up in this area to establish the vineyard and winery. Privately owned vineyards of Pavlidis Estate are also located in Perichora, Drama. Both these regions have been known for their vineyards since antiquity.
The main goal of Pavlidis Estate is the production of fine wines from Greek and international varieties, having a local character marked by this specific terroir. In fact, it is one of the few wineries in Greece that performs night-harvest to improve quality.

TOUR AND TASTING

A visit to Ktima Pavlidis includes a tour of the privately-owned vineyard of Kokkinogeia, followed by a tour of the production facilities. Visitors will be taken through the winery, a 3,000 square meter, architecturally cutting-edge structure that is minimalist with its contemporary, simple lines, inspired by the New World style.
Moreover, wine, books, and wine accessories are available for purchase. A visit to Ktima Pavlidis can be combined with regional excursions and visits to local attractions, such as the beautiful cave of Aggitis located close to the winery, or the ski resort of Falakro mountain.
A wine tasting session concludes the visit.
