Jima Winery

Jima is a boutique winery in Epirus, Artas, committed to crafting high-quality wines that reflect their unparalleled mountain terroir.

Five separate vineyard blocks comprise the total area, planted with Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Vertzami, while limited editions are produced annually — each label a one-off with changing artistic decoration as the wines age with grace.

The “Les Vignerons concept” brings small vine growers of Epirus to the foreground, producing wines under their names using their grapes, with Debina and Vlachiko belonging to this project.

Guided tours cover the vineyards — viticultural techniques, training systems, pruning philosophy, soil treatments, and canopy management — followed by the winery and wine cellar. A wine tasting concludes the visit.
