At Helixland, we are a modern and vertically integrated facility that has been in operation since 2011. Our primary focus is the production of high-quality farmed snails. Within our facility, we have dedicated breeding units where snail production takes place, alongside a state-of-the-art laboratory where we meticulously process snails to create premium quality products for both culinary and cosmetic purposes. 

Nestled approximately 20 kilometers on the outskirts of Kastoria, at an elevation exceeding 600 meters above sea level, our location provides us with a pristine and healthful natural environment near the Aliakmonas River. This unique setting significantly contributes to the overall quality and purity of the products we produce.

 Our deep passion for the field, combined with our solid scientific knowledge, has been the driving force behind the success of our production unit and our unwavering commitment to developing distinctive and exceptional snail-based products.

Tour and Tasting

Visitors have the opportunity to witness the snail farms and gain insights into the snail breeding methods, as well as to become acquainted with the snail processing techniques. They can also savor our products and, if they find them appealing, they are welcome to make a purchase.
