The Gea Olympou (‘land of Olympus’) estate is a small family farm at the foothills of Mt. Olympus, at Kyparissia, municipality of Litochoro, Macedonia. The main crops are walnuts and almonds, all grown with sustainable farming practices to protect the environment and make better use of available natural resources.
The apiary is the heart of the estate. Combining proper apiculture, nomadic beekeeping, and traditional Greek honey production methods, Gea Olympou collects natural honey from different flowers and honeydews — producing distinct varieties with purely authentic flavours — along with fresh pollen and royal jelly.
