Cooking Class at Lefkada Micro Farm

Lefkada Micro Farm is located in Nydri, a village in Lefkada, Ionian Islands. The idea for the farm started three years ago from Andreas Dimitrakopoulos, who decided to renovate his grandfather’s olive grove from scratch.

His passion for a healthy lifestyle inspired him to create a farm where people from all over the world could connect with nature and take part in workshops and gastronomic experiences.

Visitors spend their morning in the farm’s open-air kitchen learning to make simple yet authentic Greek recipes. Through experiential workshops, the micro farm shares its love for authentic Greek cuisine in an interactive way.

Participants harvest organic vegetables from the garden and create iconic Greek recipes with the guidance of the farm’s staff. Visitors can also learn how to knead and bake their own bread in a wood-fired oven, then taste traditional Greek meals made with ingredients from the farm.
