Cooking Class at Lefkada Micro Farm

Lefkada Micro Farm is located in Nydri, a village in Lefkada. The idea for the farm started three years ago from Andreas Dimitrakopoulos, who decided to renovate his grandfather’s olive grove from scratch. His passion for a healthy lifestyle inspired him to create a farm, where people from all over the world could come in contact with nature and participate in workshops and gastronomic experiences.

Visitors can spend their morning in the farm and learn how to make simple, yet authentic Greek recipes, in the farm’s open air kitchen. Through experiential workshops, the micro farm aims to share its love for authentic Greek cuisine in an interactive way. Participants will have the unique opportunity to harvest organic vegetables from the garden and create iconic Greek recipes with the help and guidance of the farm’s staff. 

Visitors can also learn how to knead and bake their own bread in a wood-fired oven. Of course, they will also have the chance to taste traditional Greek meals made with ingredients from the farm. Overall, Lefkada Micro Farm offers a unique and memorable experience for anyone who wants to connect with nature and learn more about authentic Greek cuisine.
