Description
In Kambos on the legendary mastic island of Chios, Aegean Islands, the Fresh Beer of Chios has been brewed in what may be Greece’s smallest brewery since 2012. What this tiny workshop lacks in size it more than compensates in character, producing fresh, unfiltered island beers with genuine Chios personality. In 2019, we relocated our production site near the small village of Vavila in Chios.
