Since the late 19th century, the Aidarini family has lived in Goumenissa, near Giannitsa in Macedonia, producing fine wines and tsipouro as part of the living tradition of this beautiful region. Today, the family business is led by Christos Aidarinis, who owns private vineyards and maintains lasting partnerships with grape growers in the Goumenissa Designation of Origin. The estate recently moved to a new, well-equipped winery at the entrance of town — complete with a picturesque cellar that has become a major attraction for visitors.
