Kougkoulouari: sweet marrow pie. With flaky pastry that is stuffed and wrapped in long packets, filled with shredded red marrow, rice, sugar, cinnamon and sultanas, then baked in the oven.
It is served sprinkled with icing sugar and cinnamon.
