Saint Anna Winery

Saint Anna Winery, founded in 2016 by Emmanuel Petrakis, combines tradition and innovation to create a unique guided winery tour and wine tasting experience in the Aegean Islands.

Emmanuel, a graduate of the American Agricultural School in Thessaloniki with a background in agriculture, drew inspiration for the winery’s name from the small, historic church of Agia Anna located on the estate — a site of archaeological significance open for visitors.

Nestled in the lush village of Kato Potamia on the island of Naxos, the winery sits at an altitude of 95 meters, just 7.5 kilometers from Naxos Town. Its picturesque setting offers a perfect opportunity to taste exceptional wines in a serene, green landscape.

The winery produces white, rosé, red, sweet, and dry wines crafted from indigenous grape varieties such as Fokiano, Mandilaria, Monemvasia, Savatiano, and other Cycladic grapes, reflecting the rich viticultural heritage of the region combined with modern winemaking techniques.

Growing up in a family deeply rooted in farming and winemaking traditions, Emmanuel gained hands-on experience from an early age.
