Description
The fish farming facilities of Fresko lay at the foot of Mt. Kaliakouda, next to the picturesque village of Gavros and parallel to Karpenissiotis River, on the route from Karpenissi to Proussos.
Taking advantage of the unmatched natural beauty of the Evritania region and its cool spring waters, we apply the most modern safety and control standards and have created the conditions for the enjoyment of the freshest and most delicious trout. The natural environment is the “home” of our products!
ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION
Visitors at Fresko can tour the facilities, witness the fish development process up close, learn about the benefits of fish farming, and enjoy a wonderful meal choosing between several dishes for adults and children. Kids can catch their own fish, and enjoy in a playground while their parents can purchase the fish their children will catch.

1. Grilled salmon trout fillet with orange sauce (served with basmati rice)
2. Trout fillet pan fried (served with vegetables)
3. Trout pasta (penne with cuttlefish ink, smoked trout, tomato and cream)
4. Fish soup (contains trout, potato, carrot, onion, celery)
5. Fresko salad (lettuce, smoked trout, dried fig, avocado, pomegranate and orange sauce) per four persons
1. Trout yuvarlakia (fish balls with rice and lemon sauce)
2. Sandwiches with smoked trout, tomato and our own mayonnaise-based sauce
