We have selected six favorites out of the finest and most interesting Daring Greek Wines category for you to enjoy, paired with a variety of food bites. Join us and learn from a wine expert about the risks taken by each of these wines, and discover for yourself how they all have a unique way of being different.

Ramon’s pick of six “Daring Wines” includes ELIA 2022 from Karavitakis Winery, which is made with 100% Vidiano and represents the experiments that led to the Cretan success story. There’s also HARITON from Haritatos Vineyard, which is made with 100% Vostilidi and proves that the ugly duckling can become a swan. YLI35 Assyrtiko from Papargyrioy Winery is an orange wine that showcases Assyrtiko in a new light. KLIMA from Karavitakis Winery is a blend of Kotsifali and Mavrotragano that proves the blend was always there, waiting to be discovered. MADEMOISELLE from Haritatos Winery is a dry Mavrodaphne that showcases a new chapter in vinification without the use of barrels. Finally, LAKOUDITSA from Petrakopoulos Winery (limited edition) showcases the unexpected.

Complements are adapted to seasons and inspired by our Chef, Panagiotis Vasilatos, famous for his mix & match talent. Three different bottled waters between wines will introduce you to the concept of water pairing and show you how a small twist can make a surprisingly great difference. This will be a generous tasting, with each serving being 70ml (the norm in tastings is 50ml), so please do not plan on driving afterwards or you’ll be stuck on our couch. This is not a joke!
