Amfikaia is a twenty-hectare farm on the slopes of Mount Parnassos in Central Greece — an earthly paradise of almond and pear trees, abundant bushes, pergola-shaded gardens, and intoxicating herbal scents.

The cultivation is guided by tradition, producing only what the land can offer and sustaining authentic, nearly forgotten flavours. Proud Thessalian horses and Skyrian foals are reared here alongside other animals that receive thoughtful care.

Depending on the season, guests can join full-day farm-life activities: gardening, planting, weeding, fruit and aromatic plant harvesting, feeding farm animals, and bread-making.
