Voskopoulos Handicraft is a traditional family business located in Piperia, Aridaia, below the thermal springs of Pozar, 30 km north of Edessa. The company produces traditional pastries including jams, compotes, pickles and other homemade delicacies preserving the customs and traditions of the region. It thus enables the older generations to remember lost, authentic tastes while giving the younger generations the opportunity to discover them.
TOUR AND TASTING
Visitors can witness or participate in the production of jams or spoon sweets, according to the season.
