Our brewing journey began in 2020, nestled in the heart of Karpenissi, inspired by our profound passion for beer and nurtured by our collective experiences in home brewing. Naming our creations after the majestic Carpinus orientalis, commonly known as Hornbeam, which some believe lends its name to the town of Karpenissi, we proudly present CARPINUS beers.
Crafting a diverse range of brews, each unique in flavor and character, we aim to satisfy the varied palates of our discerning clientele. All our beers are lovingly crafted, unfettered by filtration or pasteurization, and free from any additives, ensuring an authentic and pure taste experience with every sip.
