Dioni Herbs

It is out of love for nature and our region that we are engaged in cultivating and promoting the products of the land handed over to us over the years by our ancestors.
The excellent Dioni herbs are the result of the labors of our family business based in Kallithea Olympus, at the foot of the mythical mountain, in the municipality of Elassona.
Following organic farming methods, our lands produce the famous Olympus Tea (Sideritis scardica), fragrant Greek oregano and superb local walnuts, all bearing an organic cultivation certificate. Their production and standardization are based solely on natural manual methods without mechanical intervention.

TOUR AND TASTING

Visitors, depending on the season will see planted plots of mountain-tea, oregano, and other aromatic herbs (sage, chamomile, thyme). They will have the opportunity to collect and taste wild herbs and the estate’s organic fruits: cherries, apricots, walnuts, berries, and medlars.
In our production facilities, one can see the drying process, the equipment for grinding the herbs as well as the packaging process.
