The Voskos (“shepherd”) co-operative was founded in 2007 by a group of young people whose main occupation was the breeding of livestock. Voskos is located in Livadi village on Mount Olympus, 20 km north of Elassona – a blessed place, thanks to its geographical location, altitude, and the fertility of its soil. The village is situated at an altitude of 1,200 meters and hosts more than 60,000 sheep and goats.
Voskos’ aim is to produce high-quality products based mainly on our milk’s quality, as well as on our Wallachian tradition.
