The company is certified by and implements the System Assurance & Quality Management “ISO – 22000:2005”, which includes the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points “HACCP”, the British Retail Consortium “BRC” Global Standards for Safety and Quality products, the International Food Standards “IFS” Global Food Safety System, and finally on-site certification from USA Food & Drug Administration (FDA).
TOUR DESCRIPTION AND TASTING
Visitors have the opportunity to observe the company’s operations, touring the company’s premises in specialized clothing (single-use protective items) in accordance with the HACCP specifications.
In the first and most important part of the visit, visitors will witness the production of traditional Greek salads as well as the production of tzatziki, tarama, hummus, etc. The visit continues with the tour of the production facilities for making pickled products, seafood dishes and finally dressings and sauces.
