Description

COMPANY
On the magical settlement of Kapsia, in Arkadia, next to the breathtaking fir forest of Mainalo, one finds himself on the footstep of the old mansion of Evaggelos Kalogris, that has been restored on the basis of the traditional architecture of the region.
Evangelos Kalogris Jr. fully respected his grandfather’s wish of opening the doors of the mansion to the public, whilst also turning it into a winery. The main living room of the winery, with the fireplace and the sofas, is available for meals, meetings, and small conferences. The outside areas have a unique view of the forest, and the stone-built village. The mansion provides the ideal location and facilities for social venues. The Winery has been awarded by the international organization Travel &Hospitality Awards as the Best Winery in the Peloponnese and by the Luxury Travel Guide as the Best Visit Winery in Greece. Also, through high ratings and customer reviews, it has been distinguished by the International Trip Advisor with Certificate of Excellency for 2018!

TOUR AND TASTING
Visitors can see the wine aging cellars in the basement of the winery and enjoy a wine tasting, accompanied by homemade local traditional treats (homemade pie, etc) in the small bottling room in a really welcoming atmosphere.
