Dardouma Family is a model family pasta workshop that produces a wide variety of handmade trahana and pasta products, located in South Evia.
Although founded in 2008, “Dardouma Family” has 100 years of experience in handmade pasta. The tradition has been passed on from generation to generation. Today grandma Maria’s dream has been realized by brothers John and Evangelos Mallios. The gastronomically interesting workshop produces and promotes Greek and local pasta products, and is open to visitors.
