Our company produces high-quality organic aromatic herbs without the use of heavy machinery, pesticides or fertilizers. We use traditional tools, such as the sickle, or our hands so as to minimize the impact on the environment. We do however rely on scientists and scientific methods to ensure we get the best results for the consumer, exemplified by the blind tasting contests in which we participate.

TOUR DESCRIPTION AND TASTING
Visitors will learn about Greek herbs, their traditional qualities and uses in cooking. They will also be able to observe or participate in weeding organic cultivations and harvesting, without the use of pesticides or heavy machinery,
taste various herbal infusions and learn the properties and use of essential oils and herbal oil extracts.
