Run by the fourth generation of dairy makers of the Vasilas family, Vasilas Dairy has a long tradition in cheese making, on the Island of Lesbos, and makes traditional dairy products from their own milk production in its new, privately-owned facilities, which conform to all modern specifications.
It is worth tasting the special flavor of ladotiri as well as the chachles, a form of the traditional trahana of limited production and of a great nutritional value.
