It was out of love for our birthplace, the land of Tinos, and its pure culinary products that “San Lorenzo Tinion gefseis” was established as a traditional, yet innovative, facility for the production and packaging of traditional cheese products at the village of Kehros. Ioannis Armaos’ vision, owner and manager of the facility, is for the riches of the Greek earth and the Greek dietary traditions of the Aegean, and especially the cheeses of Tinos, to become recognized in both domestic and international markets.
Supporting local producers, reviving and preserving tradition, encouraging young people in times of crisis to engage in farming, and respecting the environment and the resilience of the ecosystem is the firm’s core values.
The main goal of the facility is to produce and promote unique, high quality, and highly nutritious local cheese products that enjoy a proven comparative advantage by combining tradition, quality, uniqueness, purity, and delicious flavor!
