We are a young couple filled with love and enthusiasm for what we are doing. Having left behind what we were studying, we are focusing instead on what has been given to us by our forefathers on Skyros Island. The result is that we are the fourth generation engaged in cheese making. Recently we obtained the first license to establish a dairy unit on our island.

Visitors will have the opportunity to see the farm and its animals, the cheese making facilities, the apiary, and aromatic plants.
