Description

“Perivolaki” is a multifunctional farm, situated in Attica, between Athens and Corinth, close to Megara, capable of sustaining a large group of people without them having to go outside its gates. There you will get in contact with animal, vegetable, and poultry production, a cottage industry, a dairy unit, olive groves, vineyards, grain, fruit and vegetables, and lots of creative activities.

ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION

Together we make organic trachana from crushed wheat and goat’s milk and introduce you to the traditional way the Cretans made the “chondro” (very granular) version of trahana, a staple food of Crete.

A MINIMUM NUMBER OF 25 VISITORS IS REQUIRED.
