Description

At our farm, visitors have the opportunity to discover the secrets of Sifnos’ traditional diet in a friendly conversation as they cook along with us and enjoy our hospitality at our farmland located in the centre of the island, between Apollonia and Kato Petali.
We will be waiting for you at 09:00 a.m., and together we will prepare a genuine Sifnos breakfast comprising local honey, homemade marmalade, homemade cheese and eggs from our own free-range chickens. A truly rich and special meal!
We will discuss our day’s menu on the spot, and prepare it ourselves as part of our daily activities.
At 10:00 we will take a pleasant walk through the garden where you can gather the products needed for that day’s meal. With freshly picked vegetables chosen by visitors, we will create beautiful, healthy dishes that taste fantastic!
Upon returning we will start to prepare lunch: two salad dishes, two hors d’œuvres and two main courses. A choice of either our local dry white or sweet sun-dried red wine may accompany your lunch table.
As for dessert, you can choose from a variety of seasonal fruits: watermelon, melon, pears, apricots, or damson plums. The fruit is distinguished for being cultivated using our own organic seeds.
