Milia, located in a mountainous, environmentally sensitive area of western Crete in the prefecture of Chania and at the center of Kissamos province, is an experience worth having.

We cook traditional recipes every Wednesday with your help, inspired by Cretan gastronomy and cuisine, creating dishes that will remain unforgettable.
If you do not cook, it is the perfect opportunity to experiment and learn about the secrets of the people of Crete, who enjoy an exceptionally long life-expectancy.
